7-10 working days or less and after any checks clear...depending where you live in the contiguous 48 states. 2nd day UPS $5.75 additional. Alaska or Hawaii, are Air delivery only. Foreign orders please e-mail us.
SKETCH'Z warrants merchandise to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship upon delivery. Note: If your merchandise is damaged do to delivery, you must make a claim with the carrier/shipping company. In all cases of defective merchandise the Buyer must make a claim within 5 working days of receipt of shipment. Merchandise may be returned only upon sellers authorization with an R/A number (Return Authorization). Orders returned without an R/A number will be refused. Items returned for exchanges must be in like new condition. Our liability will in no event exceed the value of the service or materials supplied. We will replace the goods, exchange, refund or credit the customer account.
All of our products (being garments, printing inks, digital transfers etc.) are manufactured from the finest mills and factories servicing the printing industries. However we are not able to guarantee against fading or deterioration do to laundering procedures. This is do to varied uncontrolable water conditions, harsh detergents, bleaches and hot water.
SKETCH'Z reserves the right to refuse to print any material we/would be found offensive. (i.e.- Nudity, profanity, sexually explicit words; abusive words, anything of a perverse, profane or racial bias nature; Drug, alchohol or tabacco related material). We are a family operation and also respect others rights. We love our country and the freedom we all share to be citizens in it, and are thankful to God for it.
